We developed a new continuous temperature measurement probe for Tundishes which can measure temperature stably for a long period. It consists of a Mo-ZrO_2 cermet pipe and refractory sleeve which are coated with a new corrosion and oxidizing resistant paint. It has been used for actual castings and a long service life was attained.
